I recently flew over the other side of the Pacific to wonderful Japan. I never knew it takes 12 hours to fly shore to shore!
Here is the immense ocean this morning from Balboa Pier beach/ California.
The beach is just 10 minutes away and it’s calling..
It only takes 5 minutes to encompress the sky, the limitless Pacific, the salty air, the bluest sky and the fine sand and I am set for the week. These photos happened 16 minutes ago
There is a place for Sunrise- the first sunrays reviving the tumult.
And there is a place for Sunset- the one place where the ocean engorges the sun, leaving behind unearthly arrays of colors. The photos are a sunset sequence at the Santa Monica beach. The beauty is behind words. I could not take my eyes off the sky and I teared for being a witness to such beauty…
New York City owns me each time I come back to it. With every visit, I immerse into its crowded venues, its street food and high end restaurants, its magic displays. This time it felt even more alive. It is the city of limitless mingling of races, traditions and beliefs, where every corner speaks its own story.
It’s summer and Chicago is boosting with life!
Everything is green, everything is fresh and the concerts, plays and musicals are more numerous than ever.
Here is a collection of photos from up in the air from my most recent trip outside the city of Chicago, a city that I absolutely love and respect for all it has to offer, for its pulsatility and its grandiosity.
It is by pure coincidence that I happen to be in Washington, DC at the right time for this year’s spring miracle. Each time I visit DC, I go to one or two museums, to the bohemian yet sassy Georgetown and I try out some of the new culinary popups.
This time though my visit is special. I want to spend more time outside walking, seeing, smelling, feeling the spectacle of spring. My heart is full.
